Reservations
An advance prepayment is required to secure your reservation.

Arrival and Departure
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am on the day of departure. Guest rooms are normally ready by 3:00pm on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Room reservations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations.
